We are a private pay provider. Our
payment procedures are designed to provide a continuity of care to our clients without interruption. Checks are payable
only to SECURE HEALTHCARE LLC. We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD and PAYPAL payments. A 3% service
charge is added for every transaction. Payments on these cards may also be be arranged with Secure Health on a recurring BASIS.
To ensure that we provide you the most reasonable rate, a FREE in-home assessment by a qualified
case manager will be conducted first. We will evaluate the client’s:
Unique and specific needs based on the assessment. These may include any physical
and emotional support required Level
of mobility of client. Lifting of wheelchair bound clients require a higher level of care than those who are ambulatory. - Existing medical issues of the client at the time of assessment.
Client’s Receptiveness to Presence of a Caregiver
at Home Presence of other family
members where the care recipient will receive care. Use of durable medical equipment or adaptive devices such a GI-tubes, tracheal tubes, catheter, ostomy
bags, etc. Existing medical
issues of the client at the time of the assessment. We also evaluate the client’s safety features in the home such as presence of smoke/carbon dioxide alarms,
pathways, lighting, toilet grabbers, family support systems, and other factors that may materially affect our cost and services.
Clients
are billed EVERY TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Payments are due upon receipt of the bill. Late fees may be assessed on accounts not
paid by the due date. Any payment adjustments or correction will be reflected in the next billing statement.
